Our Attendance Software Features

Location Sensitive:

The app allows users to clock attendance only if the user is within the specified location coordinates and radius of the meeting venue.

Device Sensitive:

The Akwaaba app is device sensitive, meaning a user's smartphone must be approved by Admin before it can be used to clock attendance.

Meeting/ Event Scheduling:

Admin can schedule meetings and events, set the start and closing time, with option to set multiple location coordinates to track meeting attendance in different locations. It comes with security features which makes it impossible to easily cheat the system. You can track attendees, absentees, latecomers, and when one was last seen just by a click on your phone.

User Status:

Admin can create user statuses such as Active, Inactive, On Leave, Sick, Off-Duty, etc., and assign a status to a member.

Notifications:

Users/members will be notified when ; a. Admin sends a message, b. when it's meeting time c. and when a member is celebrating his/her birthday.

Attendance Records

Both admin and members can access attendance history for each meeting with option to view late comers, attendees and absentees.

Attendance Clocking

Option for Admin to clock attendance members on the app. Our Attendance App comes with an integrated biometric fingerprint, facial and palm recognition clocking device which can be used both online and offline..

Excuse Message:

Users can send an excuse message to officials explaining why he/she can’t come.

Admin Users:

Option to add more Admin users and grant them different access levels.

Mass Clocking:

Only Admin Users and Clocking Agents can do mass clocking by ticking/selecting the members present and mark all of them at a go.

Excel Registration:

Admin can register members using an excel template. Only registered members can access the Akwaaba app.

Data Statistics

Option to filter for statistics on Children, Teenagers, Young Adults, Older Adults and Aged, displaying the total number and percentages of the member categories.

Filtering Options:

Options to filter records by name, date, gender, branch, group, subgroup, attendees, absentees, time, etc.

Member Profile

Users can update their profile; including their profession, place of work, business profile, social media handles, etc. Only approved users of the organization can view the profile of other members.

Member Networking:

Easy for members to view basic member information with option to email, call or whatsapp a member directly on the app.

Branch/Groups/Subgroups:

Admin can create various branches, groups/departments and subgroups/units and assign members/staff to their respective groups/department/class.
