  1. The clocking app is both location-sensitive and device-sensitive, meaning, members cannot clocking in on their smartphones if they are not within the meeting location and if they are not using their own phone.
  2. Members with smartphones can clock in when they are at the meeting place.

  4. Easy to track absentees and inactive members, and follow up on them.
  5. Option to send text, video, and audio messages to specific groups, absentees, and visitors.

Your members will have to download the app from google playstore on their phones. A the moment we have it in only android but soon we shall have it in IOS also. Apple phone user may have to use the web version to access the software to clock attendance or update their records only.

The android app comes with integrated social media links including faceboo, twitter, whatsapp and instagram which enable the user to connect with other users on these social media platforms.

It also comes with a feature that shows upcoming birthdays and option for admin to post messages including announcements and reminders. The app enables users to post comment on messages posted by the admin.

It provides options for users to view the profile of ther users and connect them via whatsapp or direct on right on the app.

Why Conduct A Need Assessment?

The obvious reason to conduct a needs assessment for your organization or church is to identify if really you need the Akwaaba software.

Participating churches must bring two members to be trained on the software. You must come with the following:

  2.  A laptop or a good smartphone
  3. Internet

  7.  You must also create your Akwaaba account via: https://client.plusdatabase.com/register (we will activate your account when you come)
  8.  Eat your breakfast as lunch will be served around 12pm
  9. Wear your nose mask
  10. Confirm your participation latest by 4th June 2021
